Do you ship internationally?

How long does shipping take?

We offer 3 shipping options for polish territory:

  • Economy: 5-7 business days
  • Standard: 3-5 business days
  • Express: 1-2 business days

For international orders, the shipping time is subject to your country of residence.

How can I track an order I placed?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the proper tracking information.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

What is your jewelry made with?

Please refer to the description of the product of interest, you will find the materials used for the item.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in the best condition possible, avoid contact with water, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place when you're not wearing it. We include care tips with every order. Or additionally we can clean the jewelry for you with a professional ultrasonic cleaner. 

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes, please contact us via Instagram (@ghettojewelry__) or email (ghettojewellryy@gmail.com) with your idea and budget for the project.

What does the custom order process looks like?

Once you provide your idea and budget, we will follow up with a couple of questions. A deposit is then required before we begin processing your order. We will provide you with a 3D design of the piece from which you will have full control for any adjustments before we start casting the piece. After the 3D project is approved by yourself, we then start the casting of the piece.

How long does the custom piece takes to be produced?

The process can take up 6-8 weeks, longer waiting times may apply to due to the complexity of the project. 

How can I get an item repaired?

What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 12 month warranty for any manufacturing defects, this does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of stones.

This policy only applies to items purchased from our retail location or online.

Can the jewelry be resized?
