Refund policy
Ghetto Jewelry & Co. stands behind the quality and experience of every piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—within fair and reasonable conditions.
1. Returns
In accordance with EU consumer law applicable in Poland, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition
- Items must not show signs of use beyond normal inspection
You may handle and inspect the item as you would in a physical store. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and fit, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any loss in value.
Items returned in a condition that prevents resale may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or adjustment
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Items that arrive defective or damaged
- Incorrect size selected
To qualify:
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Exchange value policy:
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value
- If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be issued as store credit only
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the difference
For size exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item
- Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item
Please note:
Refunds are not issued for sizing issues — exchange or store credit only.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons, if the hygiene seal has been removed, broken, or if the item has been worn
- Personalized or custom-made items, as they are created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold
